Email, text, and electronic communications may not be fully secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect transmitted information, clients acknowledge that electronic communications are used at their discretion.

Any unintended recipient of confidential communication is requested to notify ACM immediately and delete the message.

 

Record Retention

Business communications and documents are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual, legal, or regulatory obligations.

 

Client Rights

Clients may request access to, correction of, or clarification regarding their information by contacting us directly. We will respond to reasonable requests in a timely manner.
